J. Cole Announces New Album

2014 Forest Hill Drive

Roc Nation's J. Cole announced his upcoming surprise album release via twitter on Nov. 16, 204. Tweeting the cover art, the name, and the release date...

J. Cole once called the savior of hip hop has yet to deliver a platinum album to his fans. His debut album Cole World was a disappointment to his fans that knew him from mixtapes like Friday Night Lights. The sophomore album Born Sinner deemed once again worthy by his fans, but still not platinum or a classic. So in my opinion this is the finally straw J. Cole you have to give your true fans that classic album. Drake has Take Care, Kendrick has Section 80, and now you need a classic to officially claim you’re thrown. I believe in Cole, don't let us down again.

Alongside of the album J. Cole has a fan contest that will give you a chance to meet Cole and go to the album listening at his Fayetteville home. Good Luck

(Updated Review)
J. Cole gives his fans exactly what they were craving for, and receives his first platinum album. This is the J. Cole that we fell in love with, minus the harmonizing he used on 2014 Forest Hill. Cole of course discusses with us very relate able topics in a sequence that keeps you listening in songs like "Wet Dreamz." While having inspirational and club bangers with songs like the single "Apparently" and "A Tale of 2 Cities." Good Job Cole, in keeping your fans happy and anxious for your next album. 2014 Forest Hill Drive 8 out of 10.
