I Hate Grapefruits #30DayBlogChallenge

Day 10 This was hard because I really love fruit. I guess the fruit I dislike the most would be a grapefruit. I'll eat it if it's the only option, but I really hate the bitter taste. Unfortunately for me grapefruits are known as one of the healthiest fruits, so I guess I'm missing out on nutrients.  Here are some nutritional facts about the grapefruit: §   Delicious, grapefruit is very low in calories, consists of just 42 calories per 100 g. Nonetheless; it is rich in dietary insoluble fiber   pectin , which works as bulk laxative.
