If you haven't seen Beyonce's new Formation video, you've officially been sleep underneath a rock. The unexpected release took over the Internet instantly. Being released in the wake of her highly anticipated Super Bowl performance, the beehive stirred up more attention, talk about great management for the Queen. Maybe I love the video so much because I'm from New Orleans, but the video gives you more sass and independence than ever before. Beyonce goes back to her New Orleans and Houston roots with Formation, "Slay!"  Using Nola as the film location Bey addresses some political issues like; Hurricane Katrina, Trayvon Martin, and Black lives matter. The video repeatedly switches scenes one being Bey standing on a submerging police car in the flooded city and another is a child in a black hoodie dancing in front of armed cops. Does the Queen Bey actually care about these issues that we as a society face? I have no clue, but I do know she's 10 years...

Denver Beats Carolina 24 - 10  A story book ending for Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning. After overcoming the heat all year for suspicion of steroids usage, injuries, and questions of retirement, Manning delivers under pressure in order to earn his second super bowl win. Manning can now retire as a champ and future Hall of Famer.  From beginning to end this game appeared to be defensively controlled. Both teams forced unexpected turnovers. Overall Denver succeeded due to having a more effective offense and not making as many avoidable mistakes. Carolina I hate to say because I was rooting for them, but they played sloppy. Every time it felt like they were starting to build a little momentum they beat themselves with a stupid mistake, whether it was fumbling the ball or getting a false start penalty. A Superbowl Worth the Watch  New England Patriots VS Seattle Seahawks 28 - 24  Here lies the face of Richard Sherman, Seattle Seahawks corner back, after last night's disappointing lost to the New England Patriots. With 20 seconds left in the game, the Seahawks were at the 1 yard line, and having the best running back in the league, Marshawn Lynch. Any person that watches football knows that you simply run the ball up the middle. However, shout out to the coaches for calling a passing play, which ultimately led to the interception by Malcom Butler. I am too disappointed by the ending of the game. This Superbowl was worth watching, being that both of the contenders earned every point, and battled each other throughout the entire game.      The Half Time Show Besides the awesome game last night, Katy Perry gave a very entertaining half-time show.
