Empire Season 2 Premiere, Game On!

"The day "Empire" fans have been waiting for has finally arrived. Fox will air first episode of "Empire" season two on Wednesday, Sept. 23, at 9 p.m. ET.
The end of "Empire" season one saw Lucious put behind bars and Jamal become the CEO of Empire Entertainment. Naturally, the feuding members of the Lyon family will have different ways of handling the change, and that will inevitably lead to more conflict.
With this in mind, here are three things you can expect to see in episode one of "Empire" season two:
1. Lucious is still running things from jail
Although the incarcerated Lucious has appointed his son Jamal as the CEO of Empire Entertainment, he should still be in control of the company. Lucious wouldn't let something as trivial as a murder trial prevent him from handling his business, so you can definitely expect him to use his influence to direct Empire Entertainment from jail.
2. Cookie, Anika, Andre and Hakeem will continue their plans for a hostile takeover
The end of "Empire" season one saw the formation of the most unlikely of alliances. Cookie and Anika put their differences aside to arrange a hostile takeover of Empire Entertainment. The two also teamed with Andre and Hakeem, who are both eager to wrestle the power away from their brother Jamal.
3. Tension among the Lyon brothers
Jamal is currently the CEO of Empire Entertainment, and his brothers are not too happy with it. Both of them have already colluded with Cookie, Anika and Mimi to take over the company. While they won't ever reveal their intentions to their brother, there is no way Jamal won't sense their growing resentment. You can expect plenty of tension between the three of them throughout season two."
