Reasons to Meditate

1. Meditation gives you a chance to relax.
By completely isolating yourself, you give yourself a chance to think without the influence of anything other than your own mind. Yes, it is possible for you to be able to meditate with others around you, but naturally if they're not participating, you can easily become sidetracked. There are people who can maintain focus while others are around doing other things, but it takes a lot of security, patience, and focus in my opinion. I've meditated in parks while others were around so it's definitely possible, but I prefer everything to be completely sound.

2. Meditation builds resourceful characteristics like:

Patience, Focus, Confidence, and even your physical bodily functions. Being completely still ultimately makes time seem slower than it actually is. The human urge in us likes to constantly move, because our brain is always working. Building focus and patience allows you to strategically organize your life's goals and focus on your purpose. We all have a purpose, even if our purpose is creating a child who could be the next Bill Gates. Confidence is key to growth, because you cannot grow if you don't believe you can do so. Meditation builds confidence because you're only focused on that process and not what anyone else is doing, saying or thinking. Unless you're meditating on negativity and that's just useless, that's like harboring hate. Using breathing methods by simply inhaling and exhaling oxygen helps your lungs, brain, heart, and entire digestive system. Have you ever been so full from food all you could do is just breathe? That's because more oxygen helps the food digest more effectively. I practiced sun gazing meditation for 3 months in May of 2014, and by August of 2014 I went to the eye doctor and my vision prescription had lessened. Some of my vision was corrected. Sun Gazing is receiving the energy from the sunlight by starring at the sun only when it's setting and/or rising.

3. Meditation creates ideas.
You can become or build anything while you're mediating. The world is yours! All you can do while meditating is create your ideal reality and by doing so eventually ideas will flourish. Meditation helps you dig into who you are, why you are, where you are, when you are, and what you are! It's amazing I encourage everyone to meditate and best of all, meditation has no identification so everyone can do it. Peace.Love.Unity Stay Free! ✌🏾️
